Mir Mountain Adventures is part of VvKr – The Dutch Assosciation for Small Travel Organizions (Vereniging voor Kleine Reisorganisaties)
VvKR is an association where 523 members travel specialists have now united and where all members who offer package holidays are affiliated with a travel guarantee scheme such as STO-Garant, GGTO, VZR Garant or SGR. This means that you are insured in case the tour operator where you booked your holiday goes bankrupt. Hence you will then get the prepaid travel money refunded via the guarantee fund. This way you know that you can book a trip with one of our affiliated members with peace of mind.
In addition, all our travel specialists who offer package holidays also have a mandatory business liability insurance for travel organizations / tour operators. This liability insurance covers damage to persons and / or property and the resulting consequential damage should something unexpectedly happen during the trip.
If you book with one of our travel specialists, you generally travel in small groups or on an individual basis and you spend the night in often nice authentic accommodations in special locations, and all this with respect for the local culture, traditions and practices. Our travel specialists distinguish themselves with their travel organization by their involvement and expertise.
