You have to send a proof of your appropriate travel insurance to finalize your booking. This can be for example an invoice or a confirmation of registration. You must do so latest 4 weeks prior to your trip.

Your trip is covered by the VZR Garant guarantee fund. More info. Every traveler pays a personal fee of €12,50 for coverage.

Your trip is covered by the Calamity Fund. More info. Every traveler pays a personal fee of €12,50 for coverage.

1st payment – Complete within 30 days: 50% of the trip fee + coverage fees (€537,50)
2nd payment – Complete before 22 October 2025: remainder 50% of the trip fee (€512,50)

HOW TO FINALIZE YOUR BOOKING

You will receive an email from info@mirmountainadventures.com after you have sent in this booking form about how to finalize your booking. It will contain the following steps:

Within 30 days: Complete the first payment of €537,50
Within 30 days: Sign and send a waiver

Before 22 October 2025: Send proof of your appropriate travel insurance
Before 22 October 2025: Complete the second payment of €512,50
